Curtis is turning 4 on March 8th. We will celebrate then, but my parents are coming this weekend for a visit and Grandpa Joe and Grandma Joan are coming to help celebrate - so I made the cake Curtis wanted...it's a "Quad Cake" - everything is edible except the quad. It's not my normal technique, but I sure enjoyed making it!!! It has a TON of frosting on it!!! It's going to be delicious!!! (I'm adding two other pictures - they have grass, pine cones and mud the quad has gone through!!)
