Happy 4th of July!

Sparklers!
Chandler and the boys - trying to decide what firework to light off next!
Misty, Dean and Taylor!
Staying warm in our blankies - watching our neighbors light off their arsenal!
We had a very nice day yesterday. It started by running a few errands. We all rested while Brian worked on the boat. Then, some of our friends from church, the Daniels came over. They have two kids - Taylor-17 years old and Chandler - 13 years old. The boys really had a good time with them. I cooked Ribs, Salmon and Grilled Shrimp. I also made my family potato salad recipe, Misty brought corn on the cob. We also had fresh cantaloupe and watermelon and french bread. It was a wonderful meal!
Cameron went to bed at 7. We sat out front of our house and lit off a few fireworks that Brian and the boys purchased. Then, we turned our chairs to watch our neighbors who had spent a ridiculous amount of money on legal and illegal fireworks! It was quite a show - especially since they lit them off in the street where many cars were passing by....you could just sense the frustration of the drivers! It was very entertaining! Here are a few pictures of the evening!
Today, our church has only 1 service at 11:00am...we are not use to attending so late, but it's our only option! Brian is on vacation after today! We are so excited...we're going camping later this week...the boys are very excited too!!! We'll take lots of pictures!
