Busy Winter Days

We are so sorry for not updating our blog sooner! We have been so busy! We hope these new photos will remove any harsh feelings you may have toward us! :)
Cameron is battling a nasty croupy cough and runny nose. Hopefully it doesn't get any worse. The big boys are healthy and very excited the weather is finally warming up! They have been outside every day!
Last weekend was our Junior High Winter Retreat in Donnally, Idaho. It snowed the entire weekend we were there. The boys had a great time, especially since the junior highers love to play with them. I did all of the cooking (for 50 people). It all went great! The kids really loved my Sweet and Sour Meatballs over rice. It was a huge hit! I really think one of my God-given talents is cooking. Brian says it's not cooking, but hospitality and cooking just goes along with it! The pictures are of the boys ice skating. This was Curtis' first time skating. He really enjoyed it, but really had trouble staying verticle. The buckets helped, but so did Josh (one of our high schoolers who came as a leader). The boys adore him - Curtis even pretends he's Josh at home! It's really cute.

I can do this!!

This is the way to skate! Riding on the bucket was so much fun, but hard on daddy's back.

Story time with daddy - while the Junior Highers were at the Hot Springs.

Look how big Cameron is getting -- he's cutting a tooth finally and is chewing on everything!

We tried giving him some Rice Crispies - he actually enjoyed chewing on them - this one seemed to miss his mouth!
